This works as expected. I tested it with a pressure gauge before installing it on my BBQ and it adjusted from almost no flow, less than 1-psi to 65-psi.
Also the review by Debra stated she had to buy the new OFP (Over Fill Prevention) style fitting, but if you look at the OFP propane tank you will see the old style fitting will thread into the inside of the new OFP tank outlet. They did that so that people with older equipment did not have to buy new fittings to use the OFP tanks.
